How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days. Courier conditions and public holidays may affect delivery times.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard delivery within Pakistan costs PKR 200. Delivery is complimentary on orders of PKR 7,000 or more. The Decision Box includes free delivery within Pakistan. Final delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information is shared once your order has been dispatched.
My bottle arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us at support@thepresenceparfum.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and assist you promptly.

What concentration are your fragrances?
Our full-size fragrances are Extrait de Parfum, formulated with 40% fragrance oil.
How long will the fragrance last?
Wear time varies with skin chemistry, climate, clothing and application. For the best experience, apply lightly to pulse points or clothing and avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin.
What kind of projection should I expect?
Projection and sillage vary by fragrance, application and environment. Each product page includes a practical decision guide to help you choose.
RETURNS & PRODUCT CARE
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
For 50ml fragrances, submit your return request within 2 calendar days of delivery. At least 45ml must remain, and the original packaging is required. Returns are subject to inspection and prior approval. Approved refunds are processed to your nominated account within 2 working days after receipt and verification, with the published PKR 500 deduction. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details. For the 5 × 5ml Decision Box, contact customer care to confirm eligibility before returning it; the 45ml condition does not apply to this 25ml set.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and rapid temperature changes.
