PAKISTAN DELIVERY
Delivery time
Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, peak periods or due to courier conditions.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery across Pakistan costs PKR 200. Complimentary standard delivery is available on orders of PKR 7,000 or more. The Decision Box (PKR 2,500) includes free delivery within Pakistan.
Order tracking
Tracking information is shared once your order has been dispatched. Please allow the courier system a short time to update after receiving your tracking details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return eligibility
A return request must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery. For a 50ml fragrance to be eligible, it must have at least 45ml remaining, be returned in its original packaging and be in reasonably resalable condition. Returns are subject to inspection and prior approval.
Decision Box returns
The Decision Box contains five 5ml sprays (25ml total), so the 45ml condition above applies only to 50ml fragrances. Contact customer care within 2 calendar days of delivery to discuss a Decision Box return and confirm eligibility before sending it back. Keep the original packaging.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the customer’s nominated account within 2 working days. A PKR 500 deduction applies to each approved return; the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
Please email support@thepresenceparfum.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product. We will review the case and assist with the appropriate resolution.
Important notes
Do not discard the original packaging until your order has been checked. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Any approved refund or replacement is processed after verification.
